We started working with Next Level Consultants in June 2024, and the transformation in our practice has been incredible. When we began, our dental ledgers were extremely behind due to claims not being posted in a timely manner. It felt overwhelming. Since partnering with your billing team, our books have been cleaned up tremendously, insurance claims are coming in and being posted promptly, and our accounts are finally organized and accurate.

Beyond billing, the coaching and support have been invaluable. As an office manager, I have personally benefited from the guidance provided. You check in with us every two weeks, help us work through any challenges that arise, and are always quick to respond. What truly sets your team apart is the willingness to jump in and help resolve issues instead of just advising from the sidelines.

We worked with Michael and Paula for a short time due to some changes in our practice, but the time we had with them was truly great. Their clear communication and strong dental industry knowledge were incredibly helpful. Even though our practice already runs smoothly, the added education, perspective, and support they provided made a real difference.
