Stafani Sandoval brings over a decade of experience in front office administration and practice management to her role as Front Office Expert at Next Level Consultants. Her extensive background includes managing front desk operations, overseeing remote billing, and implementing proprietary systems to optimize efficiency.
Stafani's deep understanding of front office workflows and her commitment to excellence make her a valuable asset to any practice. She is skilled in streamlining processes, improving communication, and enhancing the overall patient experience.
Audrey Robinson
EFDA, CDA, CYT EXECUTIVE COACH
With over 25 years of hands-on experience in the dental field, Audrey Robinson is a highly skilled dental professional and Executive Coach dedicated to transforming private practices. Throughout her career, Audrey has built a stellar reputation for clinical excellence, implementing transformative systems in practices, and elevated the standard of patient care.
As an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant (EFDA), Audrey combines her deep technical knowledge of precise, artistic restorative work with a mastery of practice management. With her valuable insight from the clinical floor; Audrey can diagnose hidden barriers within a practice and implement impactful, sustainable processes that propel teams forward in their collective vision.
Her coaching style is designed to empower doctors and their teams with the mindset, accountability, and communication skills necessary to break through limiting beliefs and achieve extraordinary growth.
Andrew Weaver
Start Up Consultant & Buyer Representative
Andrew Weaver served as the Manager of Practice Acquisition and Provider Development at Ascendent Health Partners, bringing more than 15 years of experience across commercial real estate, healthcare sales, pharmaceuticals, and the dental industry. With a Bachelor’s degree in Business Marketing and a career built on strategic growth and relationship development, Andrew combines business expertise with a highly consultative, people-first approach.
Before joining Ascendent Health Partners, Andrew spent over a decade in commercial and investment real estate, followed by five years in healthcare sales, including leadership roles in pharmaceutical sales and dental sales with Henry Schein Inc. His diverse background has provided him with deep expertise in mergers and acquisitions, dental practice valuations, strategic retirement planning, transition consulting, and provider development.
Known for his integrity, emotional intelligence, and client-centered mindset, Andrew has built a reputation as a trusted advisor within the dental community. He is passionate about helping dentists and healthcare professionals navigate complex business decisions while positioning their practices for long-term success and growth.
Abby Landholm
Executive Assistant
Abby Landholm has been working at Next Level Consultants since 2023. She supports the entire team to keep operations and schedules coordinated. Abby also supports our valued clients in whatever way she can. Before NEXT LEVEL CONSULTANTS, she graduated from Western Governors University in Seattle, WA, with a Bachelor's in Business Administration. She ran her own catering business and also managed a coffee shop for many years. She has a steady background managing people, organizations, and business administrative duties. She is grounded in customer support and assisting in business operations.
Daniel Dinsio
Marketing Coordinator
Daniel has been at NEXT LEVEL CONSULTANTS since 2022, running marketing operations including digital, print, events, and newsletters. Before joining Next Level Consultants, Daniel graduated from Columbus College of Art & Design in Columbus, OH. He worked in the arts in New York City and also in technology throughout his career. By joining NEXT LEVEL CONSULTANTS, he supports the entire team in promoting events programs and services offered by the Next Level team. He works hard to keep branding and messaging consistent, professional, and appealing!
